Job Brief :

- We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Business Unit Head-Fans who would be responsible for the Market Launch, expansion and building Market with P&L responsibilities. A complete ownership of the business is a key requirement.

- S/He would regularly visit each market to ensure that the sales strategies are being implemented and that business goals are being met. The Business unit Head should be good in leading a sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, guiding them and analyzing sales trends in the state assigned.

- With this role, we seek outstanding business leadership skills. The person should be self motivated and driven towards meeting defined goals related to Sales Numbers and Profitability. A high performing Business Unit Head-Fans should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach the sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibility :

- To build and lead market launch for new range of Fans

- P&L Responsibility and growth of the same

- To control and manage cost at all levels.

- To head the entire functions like Purchase, Quality and replacement team.

- To manage the vendor effectively

- To actively take part in New Product Development

- To understand the competitors and do effective analysis

- Inventory management

- Take responsibility for the overall business growth.

Person Profile :

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region.

- Relevant work experience of 15-20+ years in Sales or Marketing with a penchant for Leadership

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Excellent communication & analytical mindset
