FX Project Head - SME & Consumer Banking

T&M SPOC for FX MTJ (FX Managing through Journey) for SME & Consumer Banking

Key Accountabilities:

- Accountable for key deliverables as defined under FX MTJ & including pre-decided timelines on various metrics

- Strong Analytical / Project Management skills

- Imbibe FX MTJ as a means to drive CBG & SME business through Data Driven Models.

- Strong collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve the pre-defined outcomes of the journey

- Has a strong desire to work on process improvements, digital solutions and better operating models with various product partners

- Strictly adhering to all internal and external regulations at all points of time

Job Duties & responsibilities:

- Focus on improving FX Revenues, Activation of clients with FX potential, improving digital penetration and improving Client Experience & Employee Productivity

- Regular updates to Region, Internal Management on progress on FX MTJ through smart presentations

- Bring out CBG & SME insights through Control Tower during Business Rituals and follow through on all interventions

- Coordinate with Data & Digital team to make management dashboard more insightful

- Create a pipeline of Experimentation & give inputs to build on AI/ML use cases.

- Prepare and share regular updates / progress on Levers & Drivers with HO members highlighting key action owners. Collaborate with the Action Owners to drive improvements to meet targets.

- Coordinate with IBG COO office & Data team and conduct periodic reconciliation of Data captured in the management dashboard

- Coordinate with T&M Regional Sales representatives on the deliverables under FX MTJ

- Organize events in collaboration with the coverage team and GSMC including partnering with EXIM focused Industry Associations

- Meet existing and potential clients to explore & offer treasury solutions

- Ensure appropriate Management Information & Control systems are in place
