FX Dealer - Bank

Our client is a Bank. We are looking for a Dealer - with specialization in currencies (Spot FX, Forward FX or Crosses). In this role incumbent is expected to generate the majority of his /her revenues from Trading in the identified product and service the client franchise in that product with accurate prices and prompt delivery. Trading is within limits fixed by the head of the desk.

Individual dealers are expected to contribute approximately 20% to the desk revenues. The incumbent is expected to resolve all issues in terms of product execution :

Responsibilities :

FX Trading :

- Market making through accurate pricing activities for Bank customers and interbank counterparties.

- Achieve set revenue targets, both individually and at the desk level

- Service needs promptly and accurately and generate Revenues from the same.

- Understand and monitor Processes for the said Product

- Adhere to all limits packages set for the incumbent

Key Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Treasury products - FX and interest rate markets

- Strong understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and internal processes

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Ability to react fast to changes in Markets.
