Service Excellence:
- Managing Warehouse operations in a service efficiency and cost effective manner
- Manage Operation with absolute control on time & cost to market.
- Review, analyse and plan the operating volumes, resource & Capacity utilization So as to implement measures and means to enhance levels of Distribution centre's performance.
- To innovate, develop and implement strategies and measures for lowering cost to market and create new benchmarks in the industry.
- Continual Enhancement of Process through Implementation of Quality Enhancement Programs/Tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Interface directly with Internal and External customers to develop and accomplish Operational goals
- Ensure all contracts are effectively and efficiently managed in order to meet and exceed both the customer's requirements and those of the business.
- Inventory control and Management
- Pro-actively managing the delivery of service and managing relationships with the customers at all levels
- Managing and enhancing People Productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resource planning, asset management, team integration and motivation through staff development.
- Determine the long term strategies to meet the Business Expansion plan of both External and Internal Business.
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Entrepreneurial Leadership Skills with Result Orientation.
- Ability to work harmoniously with Cross functional Leaders.
- Complete Understanding of end-to-end business process of an enterprise solution's Business.
- Strong People Orientation
Required Experience
- 12+ years of senior leadership Experience of managing Operation with major focus in Warehouse operations.
- Implemented Quality Improvement Programs (TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Preferable
- Hands on Technical skills for Analysis & solving problems
- Experience with relevant best in class software & SCM applications
- Specific certifications/memberships (desirable) like CPIM, PMP, CIRM etc
- Exposure to WMS/ERP and TMS systems enabled processes and companies. - Preferable
- Fluency in Local Language
Well versed with Labour Matters of the Zone.
