Job Responsibilities:

Product Head for Insurance. Covers all insurance business lines including life, general, health and credit insurance.

Core Responsibilities:

- Product Management and Product Design

- To keep track of and benchmark current products from insurers - on features/underwriting/innovation

- Use the above knowledge to help us get the best product structures for its customers from insurers

- Match customer segments with product needs - leading to a product development calendar with priorities

- Build a 'customer listening process' and deliver inputs to insurers, insurance business heads and other relevant internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience

- Benchmark customer experience and processes with other internal categories as well as competition insurers - hence acting as a catalyst for improving process and product design for customer experience

- Work closely with the tech & engineering units for defining requirements and handholding delivery within agreed timelines

Required Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, development

- Exposure to an additional product line like health or life insurance is a plus

- Should come with a strong understanding of product regulations

- Experienced in working on a Cross-Functional Team to deliver the product

- Exposure to tech-inclined businesses and processes is must
