Overall objective :   To instill the Customer First Ethos to every front line of : Seva concept, Indianness and excellence in everything thru content, cascades, TTT and refreshers ( cover all assisted modes )   Requirement :   Min 8 years work exp in Training in a BPO / Retail ops; should have at least 3 year hands on experience in Delivery of Training Content and Development as well as front line.   Additional Requirement:   - Worked with cross functional teams   - Exhibits can do spirit and ability to enthuse and motivate teams using a series of interventions   - Needs to have handled TTT modules and can quantify the success of such inventions   - Has worked with soft skill development and culture building as well as behavioral change management processes in previous organisations  Role & Responsibility:   - To study TNI esp detractor analysis and obtain TNI   - To design adequate modules to augment product and process and ensure cascades that are timely and relevant   - To work with Back office ops to ensure agent is synced with Business needs that can be seasonal or promo related   - To reinforce thru various interventions ( from induction, refreshers, huddles ) company's values and culture and ensure the same becomes a way of life   - To create content for delivery which can be then executed with low cost across the org  - To emphasize the Seva concept in all TTT   - To measure effectiveness of the cascade
