Role: Deputy Manager/Manager- Learning and Development  - Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs  - Designing learning courses, career plans, workshops   - Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants  Responsibilities :  - Working closely with various managers across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements  - Drive a learning needs analysis process and develop a Learning Strategy, aligned to Organization's strategic plan, in consultation with stakeholders and in line with business needs to enhance skills of people resources.   - Monitor, evaluate and develop learning & development offer and share across the Organization in the form of an annual learning calendar.  - Ensure development and delivery of the resulting annual training program.  - Appoint, quality assure and manage contracts with external trainers and training providers.   - Adopt a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning, gamified learning, experiential learning, etc.  - Evaluate training and learning and their impact on colleagues- knowledge, and practice, and use this to achieve continuous improvement.  - Conducting post-training assessment to ascertain the ROI on training.  - Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.  - Develop, implement & monitor individual development plans for High potential employees.  - Play an active role in developing learning content in tandem with learning partners.   - Represent organization and business understanding in developing content & other training materials.   - To deliver basic training programs - behavioral, capability, process, etc.  - Plan & track annual L&D budgets.   - Identify external learning partners including training agencies, independent trainers, skill assessment agencies & LMS partners and negotiate contract terms.  Requirements :  - Proven experience of 6-8 years in L&D role in a corporate office set up  - Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods  - Familiarity with new age learning platforms and practices such as e-learning, mobile learning, gamified learning, etc.  - Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Good negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
