Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the dynamics of multi-sided commerce platform - Define capabilities for the platform that allow it to reduce friction in the interactions between the various constituents of the platform.

- Understand the uses cases currently delivered and the benefits it provides to both demand and supply side of the platform. Understand the existing business models and how that is monetized into revenue.

- Increase adoption of current feature set and remove friction points from customer experience.

- Evangelize new use cases across the supply chain that can be taken on to the platform to increase the relevance for existing partners and attract new ones.

- Interface with Technology, Business, Finance and legal teams to detail out the use case.

- Define micro services which can be used across enterprise.

- Develop new distribution models to increase the reach and reduce cost.

- Identify all technology and business risks in a use case and track it closely.

- Determine the metrics that will determine business, technology and operational success factors.

- Carry out training to various stakeholders to ensure use case understanding is complete.

- Constantly track metrics to fine-tune product and business metrics.

Required Skills:

- Master's degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or (Engg. + MBA)

- 6+ years of professional experience in Product Management

- Ability to simplify complex business questions with data and curiosity to dive deep, identifying the root cause and ability to look beyond the trend

- Ability to thrive in an environment that is tasked with providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate and actionable.

- Ability to effectively prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines

- Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams across the world. And ability to influence senior executives

- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business owners across business lines

- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing needs

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate consensus and prioritize between multiple, sometimes conflicting constituencies and priorities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in digital commerce or payments and understanding of the retail eco- system
