Senior Manager/AVP - Finance

- Monitoring the reports related to the Management Information systems including reporting results as required by the Management and the Promoters- for their consolidation and reporting requirements.

- Monitoring the Reports and Accounts required for regulatory and legal purposes including taxation, annual report and accounts in accordance with all related guidelines and regulations

- Preparation of variance analysis etc.

- Coordinate with the Internal and external auditors for the audit of the company's accounts

- Monitoring and strengthening the internal controls related to the finance & accounts function

- Monitoring the journal entries pertaining to the accounts of the Company and also the periodic cash flows, ledgers, trial balances, fixed assets inventory, bank and other reconciliations etc and all other matters related to the Finance and Accounts function.

- Comply with all tax related matters including Income tax and Service Tax

- Monitoring the entire expenses accounting function for accounting standard and tax compliance

- Monitoring the progress of System UATs

- Managing the investment back office and mid office of the company

- Managing the Sales Commission and Incentive payouts and the related returns and compliances

- Monitoring the reports related to the Management Information systems including reporting results as required by the Management and the Promoters- for their consolidation and reporting requirements.
