Future Generali - Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & Special Projects

Reports to : AVP - Strategy & Special Projects

Job Scope / Position Summary :

Strategic planning, modeling, and building business strategies including analyzing relevant data, developing business case for strategy, implementing plans to align with strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibility :

Business Strategy :

- Designing & implementation of business strategies across all departments

- Managing all strategic communication from the CEO's office and interaction with the Regional Office

- Ongoing development of strategy and managing important business drives for efficiency improvement

- Keep track of important industry updates and review changes/developments closely to assess impact

- Qualitative and quantitative research as per business requirement

Project Management :

- Support minimum 2/3 cross functional projects as defined from time to time

- Drive Central Projects (Program Management) for CEO office & also external stakeholders/ partnerships

- Responsible for timely execution and delivery of project objectives in close co-ordination with all stakeholders

Business Development :

- Support in making business development pitches and presentations

- Facilitate competition benchmarking and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basis

- Keep Track of Key industry trends & contribute in creating quality thought papers/ whitepapers

Others :

Customized analysis for specific requirement/presentation for :

- Co-ordinate on Key Organizational agenda with Regional Office M&A Team, Partners, Other Departments/ Functions

- Industry Report analysis - IRDA Reports, Public Disclosures etc

- Contribute in Financial Modelling/ Projections of Key Initiatives, probable partnerships

Education :

MBA / PGDM with Undergrad Engineering/ Economics/ Statistics

Experience :

- Overall 3-5 years-experience

- Minimum 2+ years post MBA in a similar role

- Relevant work experience to be considered

Skills :

- Ability to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously.

- Excellent knowledge of analytical tools; Very high business analytical acumen

- Excellent Power-point (storyboarding) and excel skills

- A strategic thinker with strong corporate and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently on projects in a fast paced environment - Drive Change projects, cost efficiency initiatives

- Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.

- Self-motivated and ability work under ambiguity

- Cross Functional work exposure

- Rigorous follow up traits

- Prior experience in Corporate Strategy/ Management Consulting/ Transaction Advisory with exposure to Research.
