Create across-sell charter, maximize revenue by up-sell and cross sell. Responsible for customer campaigns to meet the above objectives. He/she will work closely with the channels, back end teams like branch operations, inbound call centre to proactively leverage cross sale opportunities across the existing customer base. The person would also act as project manager for all data projects and will work closely with internal stakeholders and analytics vendors to implement Analytics driven solutions.
Key responsibilities will include :
Cross-sell :
- Set up and industrialize Cross/Up Sell strategy within the company.
- Manage end to end cross-sell & up-sell program to help meet the cross-sell targets.
- Do customer segmentation, drive up product penetration per customer.
- Define processes to ensure relevant cross-sell offers are made at all customer point of contact with Operation and Sales support
- Run pilots. Monitor, maintain and improve cross-sell KPI's by developing new strategies.
- Rigorously follow upwith stakeholders to ensure that they deliver on the cross-sell numbers. (Build, implement and track)
- Define customer life time value, create customer life stage based campaigns.
- Work with marketing, product, operations to drive campaigns.
- Work towards customer data enrichment with objective of increasing cross-sell effectiveness in future.
Analytics:
- Leverage data analytics to drive solutions for identified challenges across the organization.
- Act as data project manager to develop analytical problem statement, collate data, have work group meeting with the vendor and stakeholders/SMEs within organization.
- Drive the implementation of the analytical solution, track and measure the improvement in KPI.
