- Finalization and Presentation of Financial Statements

- Preparation of Management Report, Notes to Accounts, Financial disclosures

- Review of Accounting Policies, Notes, Public Disclosures and Other disclosures

- Analysis of Segmental Revenue Account & Balance Sheet to derive Segmental Profitability

- Review of OPEX allocation between segments on a regular basis to keep it logical

- In-depth analysis of Operating Expenses to highlight areas of concern.

- Monitoring the compliance with Accounting Standards, IRDA Guidelines, etc on a regular basis

- Day to day accounting supervision,

- Taxations direct and Indirect (Service Tax ) including half yearly and Annual returns

- Review of Transaction system recon with accounting system along with impact analysis.

- Preparation of Expense Analysis, Reserve Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Competitor Analysis, etc.

- Build control framework to strengthen provisioning process and to identify possible risk areas

- Review of Website and Print Media disclosures

- Preparation & Submission of IRDA and Stakeholders reporting requirements

- Preparation, review and finalization of Annual Report for FY 2012 - 2013 solely

- Liaison with Statutory Auditors, Internal and Other Auditors

- Preparation and Review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Financial Reporting function
