Reports to : Manager, Service Excellence Job Scope / Position Summary: - Partner one of the operation department for providing end to end solutions like process mapping improvement projects, new initiatives etc. - Plan, Lead & Execute customer engagement initiatives Main Responsibility: 1. Partner Operations Department from Quality Perspective: - Process Re-engineering - Improvement projects for bringing Process efficiency - New initiatives for continuous improvement - Benchmarking & adapting best practices - SOP documentation / updation - Information dissemination 2. Financial engagements: - Anchor process onboarding on new partner for New Business (Banca / Broker etc) - Envisage IT & Compliance requirement for smooth onboarding - Design / Customize Sourcing Process as per partner requirements ensuring regulatory compliance - Ensure seamless onboarding 3. Customer Engagement Initiatives - Increase self-service penetration - Introduce new self-service avenues - Increase email penetration - Drive customer front ending enhancing projects like Portal revamp, IVR revamp, CRM implementation - Lead cost saving initiatives for company Qualification and Experience Requirement: Education: - Bachelors / Masters Degree - Quality Certifications preferable Experience: - Atleast 2 to 3 years in Financial sector - High exposure to operational frame work Skills: - Project management skills - Strong Interpersonal relationship management - Self-driven & High on personal accountability - Change Management skills - Good analytical skills - Innovative & Out of the box thinking attribute - Strong presentation skills
