Job Title : Relationship Manager - Corporate Sales   Reporting Relationship : Regional Head - Corporate Sales   Function / Department : Corporate Sales   Branch / Location : Mumbai   Direct Reports : None   Grade : M4  Job purpose : The primary responsibility of RM is to be responsible for sales and business development by building relationship with the client/ brokers and thereby achieve the given targets and grow within the organisation.   Main Areas of responsibility : New account acquisitions and retaining existing accounts.   Role :   - Promoting and Selling employee benefit products- Group Term Life, Group Gratuity, Group Superannuation and Group Leave Encashment products to the corporates   - New account acquisitions and retainsion of allocated existing accounts.   - Develop and maintain relationship with prospects/clients/brokers to maximize the business   - Cross-Selling to existing accounts and non-life accounts.   - Lead generation for worksite marketing and credit life product.  Deliverables Day to Day :  - 2-3 meetings per day   - Coordination with support function teams   - Maintaining own activity tracker   - Financial Impact Business Performance and Quality   Competencies :  - Strong Relationship Management skills   - Good Excel Skills   - Good Presentation Skills   - Good Communication skills   - Strong Motivator and team player   Education/Experience : Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.   Minimum : MBA/Graduate  Salary Range : Upto 8 Lakhs/PA
