He/She should also work towards Automation to various reports and provide High Value Analysis for Management effective decision making.   Main Areas Of Responsibility :   - Managing PMS process, Goal sheet/PEP analsysis, Contest simulation & analysis, driving contests, creating dashboards, Preparation of approval notes.   Job Description :   - Prepare various MIS reports/dashboards, automating reports related to Goal sheet, Incentives, R&R   - Managing PMS & PEP Process, coordinating with respective stakeholders to execute the process as per TAT   - Preparing various Presentations related to PMS, contest to arrive at observations for strategic decision making.   - Preparing various analytical reports on Goal sheet, PEP   - Simulation of monthly contests, preparation of contest notes, contest analysis   - Responsible for Audit requirements: documentation of exceptions, approvals, process changes   - Communication - Driving contests thru mailers, SMS   Decision Scope : Decision to be taken in coordination with the Supervisor.   Deliverables Day to Day :  - Engaging with the Sales Team  - Executing the defined process  Financial Impact : Business Performance and Quality   Interface : Internal Customers   Competencies :   - Energetic personality with good inter personal & Communication skills   - Good Command over Excel and Data Analysis.   - Highly proficient in Presentation & Documentation .   - Self motivated person with eye for detailing   Education & Experience :  - Graduate/ Post Graduate   - Knowledge of Excel, PPT is a must   - Knowledge of Insurance Industry is perferred   - Past experience in a PMS role will be preferred
