Job Description for Relationship Manager :

- Acquire Corporate Accounts from where they would source individual polices. A corporate account would be termed as acquired once we have 5 policies from the account. They will need to acquire 20 such relationships each. Focus will be on CAT A & CAT B accounts

- For acquiring accounts, RM's to work with Corporate Sales Group Team & Non-Life team

- Make presentations and organize wellness programs at corporates

- End to end servicing of accounts once we have entry

- Manage issuance and claims for policies of corporates

- Each RM to target having 20 active corporate relationships

Skills Required :

- Will need excellent communication and presentation skills. They should be able to independently coordinate and manage wellness programs, presentations etc. in the corporates being handled by them

- Hard working and be ready to go on 5 calls a day. They would be like the corporate sales teams in banks where the RM's spend most of their time either trying to get new accounts or are visiting existing accounts

- They should understand the financial sector (current affairs, markets etc). We will train them extensively on how financial planning is done and on our products but they should be familiar with the - Finance world

Experience Required :

- MBA from good B-school (GIM, XIMB, NMIMS, TAPMI etc)

- At least 2 years experience in relationship manager role - managing corporate salaries in Bank, NBFC, Brokerage house

- Experience in dealing with financial products - insurance, employee benefits etc.

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
