Compensation and Benefit:  1. Design Administer and Monitor Compensation Practices for FGILI  2. Responsible for managing employee benefits - benchmarking,increasing employee communciation & understanding on benefits  3. Compensation Bench marking survey's for compensation reviews etc  4.Annual Compensation review exercise  5. Country SPOC for regional liasioning for Compensation & HR related data submission  6. Entity SPOC for board related presentation on C&B metrics, people cost, etc  7. Governance body to ensure adherence & compliance to FG Compensation Philisopohy & guidleines acorss the organsition  8. Act as a counsel for Internal stakeholders (HR/Finance) on C&B related matters  9.Ensure People cost is monitored & tracked within budget  10.Responsible for all New Hire Compensation offers are in line with FG Compensation Philosophy & guidelines  MIS  1. Build a framework for analyzing functional performance to support decision making, costing and strategy  2. Support in Forecasting/planning for the function  3. Support in making reports on budgets, recruitment, performance, forecasts, analysis etc.  4. Prepare and publish periodic HR Analytics and MIS as per the agreed dashboards, decks and formats within stipulated times
