Responsibilities : 1) Meet and exceed quotas of calls, presentations and sales qualified leads as set by the Sales Manager / Head Of Sales 2) Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required 3) Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships 4) Conduct web and phone-based demos to drive customer acquisition&nbsp; 5) Use CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) to maintain and report on SDR activity and metrics 6) Fully-understand, articulate and sell all Fusioncharts products &amp; services 7) Participate in regular meetings to share progress, identify blockers and improve performance Requirements : 1) 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development preferably with a SaaS company selling to international markets 2) Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required 3) Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with prospect contacts at all levels of the organization (Developers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers) 4) Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejections over the phone&nbsp; 5) Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment 6) Proven ability with list building and cold calling prospects 7) Comfortable with web-based demo software and tools 8) Strong writing, presentation and communication skills 9) Highly organized professional with a strong work ethic 10) Ability to work in an open office environment and to provide and receive feedback professionally 11) Desire for continuous learning, improvement and overall career growth Salary Offered : 6-12 LPA
