Job Description:

- Direct and Indirect tax planning and compliances- 'Ensuring Compliance of tax laws, with timely deposit and replies to notices. Closure of assessments of GST and Income tax. Enduring the appropriate Tax planning.

- Completion of Tax Audit and International Transfer Pricing of the Company

- Preparation of advance tax calculation, current tax provision, and deferred tax computation.

- Tax planning and ensuring tax savings about new laws/rules in effect including strategic planning for the company and to ensure obtaining pending refunds timely.

- Experience in GST compliances, litigation and advisory

- Manage all tax compliances such as preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and related forms, TDS Compliances, Tax audits, Transfer Pricing Returns and forms and GST returns.

- Strong knowledge Income tax & GST.

- Understanding of IGAAP and INDAS

- Management of GST and Direct tax team.

Skills:

- Handled appeals and assessments of Income Tax and GST.

- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.

- Self-starter, inquisitive, enthusiastic with a strong analytical mind-set

Experience:

- 10+ years of post qualification experience

- Experience in NBFC is an advantage
