We are looking for a customer service manager for our new at-Home Business. This is a digital business and therefore looking for persons with prior experience in digital and/or service driven businesses.
The role will entail:
- Developing and setting up the on-ground & tele-support services team and defining
- Defining the customer service touch points, KPIs, and supporting processes
- Managing the back end administration of the solution and work with the customer service team on a 24/7 basis to deliver smooth operations.
- Work with mobile app developer for technical changes and application maintenance if required.
- Collaborate with operations, training and sales teams to troubleshoot and improve operations processes on a continuous basis.
Skills Desired:
- Strong background in customer facing operations with at least +2 years experience in this field; with total work experience of 5-7 years.
- Strong customer communication skills and customer management skills.
This role will report directly to the Business Head of the At Home Vertical.
Minimum Salary Offered: 6 LPA
