Understanding business strategy and developing the monthly marketing plan to: a. Acquire end customers which will be dominantly online, mobile and on social media; and via local marketing initiatives in residential areas. b. Acquire teachers which will be through micro-marketing events, workshops c. Supporting an on-ground sales team across all geographies. 3. Setting up &amp; managing the marketing organization which includes agency partnerships with - media agencies, event agencies, and social media managers and in-house resources 4. Managing all digital properties of the company - Website, Blog, Social Media Properties, etc., branding non-digital properties (at Centers/Schools) and Public Relations. 5. Building a culture of result driven marketing - therefore high focus on analytics, metrics and management of budgets. Skills Desired: 1. Experience of +2 years in social media marketing&nbsp; 2. Excellent planning and analytical ability. This role will report directly to the CEO. Candidates from education industry preferred.
