Furtados School of Music - Assistant Manager - Business Development

Asst Manager -Business Development will be responsible to develop partnership with colleges, institutions, and music related organizations to drive teacher recruitment and develop key client partnership for revenue generation for a start-up launched by a very reputed and well established organization in music industry.

Responsibilities

- To develop partnership with educational institutions/music academies/other related organizations to recruit and train music professionals

- To manage the relationship and work with them closely to meet business objectives

- To seek business opportunities with local Institutions, Corporate Offices and Building societies to drive demand for music lessons.

- To undertake marketing and ground activation activities within Bangalore and adjoining areas

- Work in close conjunction with the HO and customer service team to fulfil training and on boarding of music recruits

- Participate in exhibitions, conferences; networking events where appropriate to promote the organization with a view to acquiring new accounts.

- Assist the organization in various other sales and marketing objectives as and when required.

- Meet business targets of generating enquiries and revenues

- An aptitude for music desired but not mandatory

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
