The role will allow you to drive successful warehouse operations in the region. Responsibilities : - Drive the City P&amp;L and monitor the recurring cost very closely at each warehouse level. - Manage multiple warehouses under the region - Ensuring the labors / Logistics and LM is in sync with the capacity build and fits into our forecasting model. - Responsible to create and maintain the budget month on month and report the same to the concerned. - Working towards resolving issues at the warehouse/LM front ensuring the overall interest of the company is not compromised. - Ensuring the timely update of all reports on a day to day basis by the WH team and checking on the sanity of the same. - Drive the audit and process compliance within each warehouse and ensure it is strictly followed without any exception. - Work hand in hand with the Bangalore team to develop/implement new plans/ ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large. - Develop OKR's at the warehouse/LM level for each line reporting and track the same monthly. - Ensure the Perpetual stock count/audit dashboard is completed every week and conduct a random check to confirm the same. - Keep a track of WMS dashboard and ensure On-time delivery performance and controlled OT hours at any point of time in each warehouse. - Conduct a weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the LM and WH team and ensure good communication flow between both the team. - Ensuring minimum escalation at customer front and working towards minimizing cancellation during delivery. - Coach and mentor people in all the departments in his region. - Ability to delegate and drive the target based approach in the warehouse. - Work closely with the HR team and Drive the recruitment in his respective city.
