Furlenco - Production Manager - Warehouse

Furlenco is looking for an experienced Production Head to oversee the refurbishment of furniture & appliances across cities. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. The ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.

Job Responsibilities & Exposure

- Setup the refurbishment unit as production lines across categories & cities



- Monitor production as per capacity & production plan

- Determine the number of necessary resources along with city production managers (workforce, raw materials, consumables, etc.)

- Ensure output meets quality standards

- Ensure infrastructure is in place and maintain it to meet the production demand

- Estimate costs & prepare budgets
