Over the last four years, we have disrupted the Indian furniture industry across the value chain.
The head of digital marketing will report to VP _ Marketing and will lead the planning, performance, strategy, and execution of the organization's digital marketing strategy.
We are looking to team up with someone who is passionate, high- energy person, a go-getter and obsessive about data and metrics.
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers to drive revenue and growth
- Building channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display, affiliate, retargeting) to acquire new users and customers on both web and app experiences.
- Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spend (Working with category and sales teams).
Drive marketing efficiency by :
- Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition.
- Landing page and funnel optimization to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.
- Develop effective marketing communication by ideating & conceptualizing new marketing and communication ideas resulting in marketing effectiveness.
What we are looking for :
- Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital channels - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, retargeting, affiliate marketing, video adverts.
- MBA with digital marketing experience. Overall 8 plus years of experience. A digital background on product is a plus.
- Expertise in building & developing teams.
- Ability to understand & appreciate the operational challenges of the business.
- Willingness to work under demanding and highly performance-driven work environment.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team across sales, product development, engineering, and operations.
