Analyst Customer Operations - In this role you would be expected to take data driven strategic decisions which will improve Furlenco's customer experience at scale. - You will work on CRM tools and large/complex data sets to achieve the business objectives. - You will work with stakeholders of different teams to identify performance drivers and resource needs. Responsibilities : 1. Drive impact for Furlenco by reducing customer efforts, improving customer operations effectiveness and efficiency. 2. Deliver and increase upon key performance indicators (Customer satisfaction, one touch resolution, NPS etc.) in a fast paced and complex environment. 3. Support vendor partners with business insights to achieve greater customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate closely with a complex set of cross functional stakeholders from Technology, Supply chain, Growth, Marketing, Finance and Legal. Minimum qualification ( Must Have ) : 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science or business administration 2. 5-6 years of experience in business or customer operations as an analyst. 3. Program management experience. Should have worked in high impact projects. 4. Experience working with multiple cross functional teams. 4. Proficient in MS Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and SQL. 5. Ability to think/deliver for long, short, and medium term priorities of the business. Preferred qualification ( Good to Have) : 1. MBA from a top tier B school. 2. Experience managing third-party and/or in-house contact center operations. 3. Experience working on CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshworks etc. 4. Experience in customer service, operations with a focus on process and system improvement. 5. Experience in vendor management/operations management, especially for scaled organizations. 6. Prior people management experience
