Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop the overall sales strategy with management team.
- Development and acquiring different channel partners
- Responsible for hiring new recruits and setting up the team in particular region
- Responsible for achieving targets in the designated region
- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
- Lead generation and lead management.
Providing Market intelligence to marketing team
Key specifications:
- 3+ years of Sales experience
Qualifications: Graduate or MBA preference to IIT/IIM
- Should contribute individually along with managing team
- Must have managed team
- Should have demonstrable leadership qualities
- Excellent team management skills
- Must be self-motivated and a go-getter
- Fluency in English, Hindi, local language will be of advantage.
