As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of our customers within Fundwave. You will:

I. Translate PE/VC concepts to design New Product Logic

a. Study and deeply understand venture capital & private equity funds operations.

b. Apply your learning and expert analysis skills to build spreadsheet models and specify the business logic to the development team for building new functionalities.

c. Design modern and easy to use screens

II. Onboard new Clients (PE/VC funds)

a. Understand client requirements by studying Limited Partnership Agreements, client data, specific requests, etc

b. Ensure that the funds are set-up and requirements are delivered on time

c. Engage customers and provide training sessions to clients

The candidate should be a strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor. We expect you to have:

- Graduate/master's degree in Management or Finance

- Advanced excel skills and strong analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge and strong interest for financial markets and financial instruments or Venture Capital Funds

- Quick learning skills

Nice to have:

- Accounting knowledge

- Previous experience with SAAS sales model

- Previous experience with Private equity/Venture capital fund operation
