Responsibilities :

1. Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and convert them into product ideas

3. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

4. Define the product strategy and roadmap, guide a product from conception through design and release, product discovery and product-market fit

5. Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

6. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features

7. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the Development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

8. Define KPIs to measure product success

9. Run beta and pilot programs for new business initiatives

10. Understanding of financial services, pharmaceutical, supply chain landscape and the competition, seek opportunities for differentiation

11. Make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.

12. Willingness to travel to meet business stakeholders and customers

Qualifications :

1. 6 - 10 years of proven work experience in product management

2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

3. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

4. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

5. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a product-based environment

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. MBA/BE degree in Business and/or Technology
