ROLE OF MANAGER - KEY ACCOUNTS

Techno - Commercial Role

- Knowing the Business & Market very well. Should know the Potential Customer Accounts & the Upcoming projects in those accounts.

- Key Account Management: Liaison with defined Accounts covering Corporates, Infra Companies, Developers in Premium Segment, OEMs, Govt. Institutions etc., of defined region

- Pre-sales to Post-sales activities: Lead generation, Lead Qualification, Specification, Maintain Prospect List, Negotiation, Closure of order.

- Focus Segments: Special focus on predefined segments IT/ITES, Corporates, Hospitality, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Corporates, etc. & work on specifying FM for various Applications.

- Build up Sales pipeline of upcoming projects in the predefined accounts and work closely with all Influencers / stakeholders of the project until commercial closure.

- Explore and promote all the applications of FunderMax in Exterior by Preparing and deliver customized product presentations along with Dossiers to ensure specification of FunderMax products through assigned architects and consultants

- Work jointly in coordination with Area Manager to avoid any kind of overlap & also ensure proper coverage and conversion of key accounts and key projects

- To be well versed on Commercials for financial closure wherever direct billing involved.

- Co-ordination with respective FBP / Fabricator etc., for successful execution of Project.

- Ensure Technical compliance of Projects. Accountable for Qualitative aspects of Projects of your region.

- Handle all customer service issues and be responsible.

- Information update of Appointments (Accounts) & Projects through CRM on daily basis (In exception case within 48hrs)

- Should actively Network & also regularly keep updated on trade Information.

- Accountable & measured for mainly self-generated

FOCUS AREAS

- Key Accounts: Identify & define Key Accounts of your region comprising Govt. Institutions, Developers, Infra companies, Hospitality, Corporates etc., and offer complete portfolio of applications from FunderMax Exterior for specification of the same. The Accounts should have potential for recurring business.

- Key Projects: Identify and Define big projects from these accounts in your region and focus on them for monthly coverage and conversion and maintain Sales pipeline of these projects for continuous business. The pipeline should be double the Target given.

- Technical Compliance : Implement and ensure technical compliance of all projects in your region to FIPL standards

- CRM : Update database of Appointments (Pre JCP & Post actuals), Accounts and Projects in CRM on daily basis

Qualification Requirement

Qualifications:

Preferably Bachelor's Engineering Degree with additional preference from Architecture / Civil/ Mechanical Plus MBA OR Degree with MBA for premium Institution and relevant Building Materials Industry experience with Good Networking.

Skills/Experience:

- Having worked in reputed company in Sales & Marketing function in Building Materials Industry

- Good working, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and ability to use databases
