Salary Offered : 9-11 LPA Job title: Manager - Human Resource Reporting: AVP-Operations Location: Bangalore - We are looking for an experienced candidate for Human Resource Department to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. - The candidate must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives. Recruitment/Induction and exit of employees - Recruitment and replacements of positions in a timely manner - Maintaining of data bank of profiles and development of recruitment agencies - Final settlement process (like clearance by all department, exit interview, PF documentation, relieving letter and full and final settlement). Compensation Benefit - Monitoring of working hours and maintaining the attendance &amp; leave record - Timely process of payroll, KRA evaluation and payments, annual appraisal and increments, staff insurance and renewals - Employee investment, Tax planning, TDS, issue of form 16 and annual tax returns - Management of contract employees including their benefits (such as Insurance, ESI and PF), attendance, leave and compensation Business Partner - HR Procedure and policies - HR Strategy Development and implementation at the internal client - Goal Setting and Performance Appraisal, - Identify the areas of improvement, skills required and arrange the training and ensure development - Value Management - focus on critical areas, clarity of roles and responsibilities across organization - Control of attrition rate &amp; resolving employee grievances through regular interaction - Ensure healthy working environment and discipline - Drive informal interactions and team building activities - Effective Communication. Legal and Compliance and CSR - Co-coordinating with various departments like labour department and government bodies for statutory compliance (such as Gratuity, PF and shop &amp; establishment act, Maternity benefits etc.,). Compliances under labor laws, Shop &amp; Establishment Act and other applicable laws and statutes to the organization - Initiate legal action against abusers of HR Policy and terms of employment. CSR - Working in Partnership with community group - Coordinating Volunteer activities and events, drumming up support and persuading employee participation. Job role framework - Enforcement of HR Policy - Initiate legal action against abusers of HR Policy &amp; Terms of employment - Monitoring and recording of working hours and maintaining of attendance and leave records. - Enforce office discipline and protocols. Qualifications: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource &amp; Management /MSW - Deep Knowledge of the employment legislation - Minimum 5 years as a HR Generalist in middle level management - Experience in recruitment &amp; induction; Training and development; Compensation and benefits - HR System Administrations; Handling employee grievances and statutory compliances - Introduction of Innovations
