Duties/Responsibilites :

Potential and turnover planning :

1. Potential planning : Collection and Maintenance of database of upcoming and ongoing projects and accounts with potential in CRM as per defined format

2. Turnover planning

3. Budget planning

4. Strategic tools :

A) Usage of CRM for following :

i) Capturing all meetings in CRM with post meeting updates

ii) Recording all projects in CRM with continuous updation of the same

iii) Set up and update all accounts in CRM

B) Usage of Delta Kit

Sales and Marketing planning :

1. Sales : Providing the inputs to Team Leaders for devising sales strategies for Max exterior

2. Marketing : Provision of information for planning local marketing activities (e.g. visit of trade shows, sales campaign,

architect meets, installer meets, etc.)

3. Pricing : Adhere to the prices mentioned in the price list and consult Team Leader for discounts. (Only consulting and

no authority for extending discounts)

4. Product : Provision of input for product/solution development measures with respect to customer specific requirements

Supervision :

1. Achievement of objectives : Monitoring achievement of own KPIs. Target achievement, Project Partner performance, Project pipeline double the target, call rates, Technical compliance, Project Partner personnel strategy, Conversion and

realization of business from Top 20 Accounts

2. Measures : Escalation of problems to the Team Leader during ongoing project / order management (e.g. problems with delivery, customer service issues, project pricing supports, issues with marketing tools, etc. )

3. Escalation : Escalation of final quotations and non-standard payment terms to the Team Leader (when outside of own competence framework) before communication to the customer

Customer Account Management :


1. Acquisition : Identify projects of the region and work independently and/or jointly with project partner for conversion and maintain Sales pipeline of these projects in CRM for continuous business

2. Project and order Management :

i) Liaison between Project Partner's/customer's requirements & the company for Commercial, Logistical, Technical & Marketing from lead generation to delivery of product and the installed site.

ii) Be a One Point contact of your defined region for all sales related issues.

iii) Managing and handling Channel management of the territory and suggest the appropriate course of action

3. Customer visits :

i) Regular Meetings with Project Partners, Architects, Fa- ade Consultants, Fabricators and Customers of your region.

ii) Mandatory to make 4 calls per day and Average of 3 calls per month

4. Operational Marketing : Implementation of local marketing activities (e.g. trade shows, product trainings) as well as promotional activities

Authorities :


- Complete ownership of all targeted accounts for the assigned region.

- Prepare the strategy for project business and make the team adhere to it.

- Make a recommendation of FM marketing activities for project business.

- Suggesting and recommending the suitable solution to customer for specific projects.

- Make a recommendation for adding new accounts in the existing list after analyzing it properly.

- Decision making for discount approval within the limit, mock approval for project business if required etc

- Exercise the responsibilities and perform the duties of this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Experience in Business development role.

- Distinct technical understanding of products related to industry.

- Passion for design and architecture

- Good social skills as well as a customer- and service-orientated personality

- Entrepreneurial thinking

- Ability to put ideas into practice as well as assertiveness

- Ability to create new strategy, thinking out of the box.

- Leadership qualities and experience in team lead
