Fundamental Research Role - Equity Derivatives Strategy Team

Fundamental Research:

This vacancy is for a research support role within the Equity Derivatives Strategy team. We are looking for someone to work closely with the Synthetic Equity Strategy desk. It will suit a candidate with fundamental research background who is looking for an opportunity to move into a quantitatively-focused markets research role.

Key responsibilities:

- Fundamental analysis of European equity market to recommend delta one trades on sectors, indices and single stock

- To create thematic baskets by analyzing the current macro theme and create custom baskets

- To suggest options trading strategies on dividend futures for global dividend futures indices

- To track European mergers and acquisitions and create a custom M&A basket

Key skill set:

- Good level of proficiency in accounting and financial analysis of companies

- Individuals with background in CF, equity research, corporate valuation etc. would be preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail, number oriented and good level of motivation

- Experience in programming skills such as Python is preferable.
