US Shift timing

MUST HAVE knowledge of Real Estate Accounting, Non-Profit Accounting (Fund Accounting and Trust Accounting)

- 8+ years' experience

- US Accounting Knowledge


- Comfortable with all shifts

- Finalization of Accounts

- Financial Review and Management reporting

- Payroll Compliance and Payroll returns filings (940/941).

Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Team player and adaptability

- Advance knowledge QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Knowledge :

- Good communication skills (able to talk with end clients)

- Qualification - M.com/CA/CPA

- Establish and foster positive relationships with clients

- Ensure timely communication as to project status both internally and externally

- Work as part of a team to provide outsourced accounting services for multiple clients

- Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, GAAP based financial statement packages and supporting analytical worksheets

- Assist clients with their financial audit requirements and schedules

- Assist in 990 preparation

- Become technically proficient in several cloud based accounting software systems including QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct

- Work closely with clients to ensure that their organizations meet the required GAAP accounting standards

- Prepare and review monthly close entries including payroll, fringe, prepaid and liability accruals

- Work independently in a highly flexible, remote model utilizing MS Teams

Requirements:

- 4 Year Accounting degree required

- 2-4 Years experience in Accounting

- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct preferred

- Understanding of the fundamentals of accounting for non profit organizations

- Superior time management and organization skills

- Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook & Teams

- Experience with financial apps and software helpful (Bill.com, Expensify, Nexonia, QB Time, etc.)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a highly flexible, remote model utilizing MS Teams

- Desire to provide top quality customer service
