Fund Services Operations Role

Fund services

- Sound knowledge in Fund Accounting with good exposure to Settlements, Asset Servicing, Foreign exchange transactions, Fund Transfers, Regulatory compliances, Reference Data maintenance (Securities Maintenance, Securities Pricing etc.), Client Reporting, MIS etc.

- In depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Fund Services operations involving experience in handling Traditional funds, Hedge Funds, dealing with a wide range of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions of various international markets.

- Systems knowledge of Multifonds, Golden Source, Bloomberg is an added advantage.

- Work in close coordination with Group stake-holders and operations staff in country so as to ensure continuous improvement of team's performance in meeting the client expectations.

- Have a People orientation with a passion to motivate and lead the team in achieving overall sustainable development. Active involvement in organizing and engaging in team events, CSR activities, etc

- Have a strong operational risk orientation and proactively manage Financial, Reputation and Regulatory risks inherent in the operations.

- Experience in project handling, system implementation and change management will be a distinct advantage.

- Flair for continuous improvement in operations, digitization and increase in straight though processing.

- Work closely with the Unit Head in managing the operations of the business unit efficiently and be an effective back-up support to that Role.
