We are currently retained by an international non-governmental and non-profit organisation committed to the welfare of children in the country to hire a Fund raising Lead for Individual Partnerships.
This role will lead the individual Fund raising team to acquire new donors and build long term relationship with existing donors through multiple channels. The idea would be to build fundraising models for long term sustainability of the organization's programs.
The role would include:
- Overall responsibility for achieving financial targets from Individual Donors
- Create the annual financial plan to achieve targeted incomes from individual donors (to include goals, targeted incomes, resourcing plan, budgets) for both Acquisition and Retention.
- Strong team management person to lead the team
- Lead acquisition strategy and plans across all the channels.
- Ensure Individual Donor Servicing process & communication cycle are in line with the plan
- Lead all digital fundraising initiatives and team
- Monitor ROI and performance of all channels including outsourced channels
- Ensure development and adherence of communication / engagement plan for individual donors
- Proper dissemination of information to key stakeholders in the team
To fit the bill, you must :
- You must be a Post Graduate in Social Sciences or Management
- 12-15 years of total experience working in a Fundraising leadership role on Individual Donor
- Strong experience of digital fundraising
- Must have worked with a global NGO
