Main Role (Overall accountability):

Our Client (Asset Management) is the leader in fund management business in Oman. The division manages equity and debt mutual funds, discretionary portfolios and Real estate funds / portfolios investing in Real Estate. We currently have around $1.7b of assets of which US$ 400m is in Real Estate. Our target is to grow this substantially in the next 3 years.

Key purpose of the role is to identify investment opportunities within the Real Estate in GCC Region.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Identifying investments and analyzing the opportunities

- Forecasting cash flows for the asset

- Conducting property valuation and carrying out due diligence

- Tracking cash flows and monitoring and reporting the performance of the asset

- Review documentations

Personnel Specifications:

- Professional degree in finance / accounting (MBA/ CA)

- Post-qualification experience of 6 to 7 years in real estate markets, preferably in GCC

- Very good written communication skills and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Excel and cash flow modelling

- Age max 30 years
