Fund Manager/Corporate Bond Dealer - Investment Banking

1. To closely track corporate bonds markets with special focus on analyzing relative value, strategic portfolio allocation, tactical weightings and overseeing execution of approved strategies

2. Identifying investment opportunities across corporate bonds segment in line with investment objective of respective schemes

3. Be responsible for compliance with the framework and processes relating to pre-purchase analysis appropriate for corporate bonds and for ongoing monitoring and reporting requirements.

4. To constantly monitor the evolving economic environment with analysis on factors including liquidity, credit demand, primary issuances, secondary market activity, relative spreads across yield curve/credit ratings/issuer type and other such relevant factors that could potentially impact portfolio implementation or trade execution strategy

5. Interaction with debt market brokers/investment bankers/other relevant market participants to have up-to-date and maximum possible market information on demand/Supply/distribution dynamics

6. Develop relationship across relevant market participants to keep tab on market pulse and understand Market positioning

7. Preparation of internal presentations/reports as may be required from time to time

8. At all times to ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal investment norms/requirements
