Description:  - The successful candidate will be required to come up with ideas on Investments into Oil & Gas or Metals & Mining.  - The individual will develop and communicate investment recommendations based on comprehensive industry and company research through various sources predominantly networking and meeting organisations across the globe.  - The individual will be required to justify investments to the team and make decisions under pressure.  Requirement:  - Experience of working in a sell side or buy side equity research role.  - Experience of researching small to mid cap companies in either the Metals & Mining or Oil & Gas sector.  - An engineering degree is beneficial but not essential.  - Experience of working in the industry as an engineer, mining expert or in any other industry role is beneficial  - Must be intellectually curious.  - Exceptional academic record.
