Manager Fund Administration

Wholesale Banking back office

Major Role: Financial accounting and administration of the mutual funds and discretionary portfolios managed by the bank.

Key responsibilities:

- Setup of New mutual funds and structured products

- Handling operations for mutual funds and PMS clients of the bank.

- Checking of Daily NAVs of the funds managed by the bank.

- Preparing financial of the mutual funds including cash flows.

- Review of Instrument opening, Price feed updates and Supervision of reconciliation

- MIS and Regulatory reporting

- Active involvement in implementation of new system for the support of business

- Ensuring compliance of operational policies and procedures by following up and ensuring implementation of audit recommendations.

- Constantly keep updated on the regulatory framework and guidelines issued by the CBO/Statutory authorities in order to ensure that operational procedures conform to such guidelines.

- Co-ordinating with the internal & external auditors on the annual audits

Education;

- Qualified - CA/CPA/ACCA

- Investment Administration qualification from CISI, UK (mandatory as per CMA)

- 7-10 yrs in an Asset Management Co. or any financial institution.
