Fund Admin & Reporting Manager - CA

Key Responsibilities -

- Management and oversight - of the day-to-day workflows of the Fund Finance team.

- Development - of the local team by training and maintaining procedures.

- Collaboration - working closely with Team leads in London to understand company products and what is required from the Hyderabad team.

- Fund Accounting - overseeing production/review of Fund NAVs produced by third party administrators across the various company investment strategies.

- Audit - oversight of audit workflows and reviewing the Financial Statements.

- Performance Returns - oversight and review of performance returns, typically consisting of portfolio, share-class, fund and investor-level performance (including TWRs, IRR, MOICs etc.) and portfolio attribution.

- Reporting - preparation and review of regulatory and investor reporting.

- Fees and Expenses - overseeing management and incentive/performance fees, expense budgets and TERs.

- Liquidity Management - assisting the team with subscription line drawings, investor capital calls, investor distributions call and investor subscriptions/redemptions.

- Data - ensuring accuracy of data in the Front Office Systems and Data Warehouse.

- Building strong relationships - with Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations, Product Portfolio Analytics teams and third-party vendors.

- Projects - working alongside our project management team to assist with projects focusing on operational enhancements.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in financial services.

- Extensive knowledge and experience of alternative credit market products.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent.

- Qualified chartered accountant - ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent.

- A strong track record of leadership and team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skill along with strong mathematical skills as well as proficiency in Excel.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and with external partners.

- The candidate must be a strong team player, but also work with a fair degree of autonomy and take responsibility & ownership of their work.
