Fund Accounting (US Mutual Fund) - Only Female Candidates

- This role is responsible for fund administration oversight related to company funds at the jurisdictional, regional, or global level.

- This role will assess, develop, and execute a risk-based oversight model related to fund accounting, custody, expenses and/or general fund operations.

- This role will be responsible for maintaining the global risk assessment framework as it relates to fund oversight activities.

- This entails understanding the fund administrators' control environment and the continuous development and implementation of agreed-upon strategic and tactical fund administration.

- This role will review reporting provided by the third party administrators, such as annual and semi-annual shareholder reports and regulatory filings, asset based fees, budgets, expense ratios, and invoices.

- May manage employees to achieve daily objectives and requirements of team and/or workgroup.

Fund Oversight :

- Manages the department's execution of a risk-based oversight model of the third party administrator.

- Reviews and approves deliverables provided by the third party administrator, such as annual and semi-annual shareholder reports and regulatory filings, asset based fees, budgets, expense ratios, invoices, etc.

- Performs comprehensive review to ensure disclosures are consistent with respective jurisdiction, GAAP, and regulatory rules and regulations.

- Leads research and analyzes including disclosure requirements for new accounting/regulatory pronouncements and product types impacting jurisdiction; prepares/reviews new disclosure procedures, impact analysis of expense changes and/or product events, and/or memos for financial reporting and NAV calculations.

Governance and Risk Management :

- Evaluates/assesses fund administrators' control environment and leads implementation of agreed-upon strategic and tactical fund administration oversight model.

Technology/Solution Support/Change Management (20%) :

- Guides department in identifying and implementing potential improvements in processes leveraging digital tools.
