Fund Accountant - Private Equity Firm

A US-based Private Equity firm looking for a Fund Accounting professional who could help them set up their offshore unit in Mumbai, India Location.

An ideal candidate would be:

- 7+ yr experience with a combination of direct HF/PE and fund admin experience.

- CA/MBA preferred, not required.

- Offshore operations for US Fund experience a plus.

- India FII/FPI/FDI/AIF experience is a plus.

- Familiarity with IFRS financials would be a plus.

- Entrepreneurial spirit.

- Will be 1st accounting/ops hire in expanding India office.

- Willingness to roll up sleeves and manage duties related to operating the India office.
