Essential requirements :
- 3-4 years experience with a accounting firm / fund trustees /fund administrators
- CA/ MBA by qualification
- Thorough knowledge of fund environment, cost, income streams
- Ability to handle end to end fund operations, fund accounting, MIS, compliances, regulatory requirements
Key Roles/Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibilities will include setting up fund structure, incorporate entities, seek licences
- Ability to manage finance/ taxation/ accounting/ operations of a fund and fund manager
- Prepare regular fund return calculations
- Manage day to day funding/ expenses
- Manage banking/ treasury for fund and the manager
- Work with in legal/tax/ investment team to ensure completeness of records
- Monitoring income streams of the fund/ keep track of expenses
- Prepare a MIS dashboard as required
- Ability (over time) to lead the execution of specific mandates
- Reply to investors as needed
