Functional Test Manager - Banking

We are hiring for a Banking Project with following:

- Test Lead/Manager with experience and understanding of TCoE processes

- Functional experience of E2E Lending/Retail Assets lifecycle - LOS, LMS, Collection & also good understanding of various touch point interfaces/APIs and data flow to upstream/downstream applications/systems. (Years of Experience - 8+)

- Corporate/Wholesale Lending experience/understanding would be an added advantage.

- Should have good experience in drafting/modifying and reviewing Test Plans/Test

- Strategies/Test Case packs.

- Experience in liaising with stakeholders/OEMs/Project teams.

- Should handle & manage team by balancing both governance (within defined TCoE processes) & also functionally helping/coordinating with the team in getting their testing activities completed.

- Should mentor/train the peer/team members as and when required.

- Good to have understanding/experience of APIs, Automation, Database Queries.
