We are hiring for a global Investment bank
Immediate Purpose:
- Manage transition of Client Life Cycle Management Project across CIB.
- Manage functional requirements, plan and coordinate for development deliveries, test & rollout.
- Be point of contact and responsible for both business analysis & offshore development deliveries for Fenergo.
- Plan, manage, highlight risk, mitigation plan, and execute deliveries.

Qualifications: BE/MBA
Experience: 10+ Years

Expectations:
- Experienced in managing a team of 10+ people.
- Strong in Digital Awareness, Project Planning, People Management and Leadership skills.
- Hands-on working experience on Client Life Cycle Management solution (For e.g. Fenergo, etc).
- Adept on Financial Regulatory topics, ideally to include FATCA, MIFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR, etc.
- Strong analytical and process management skills to interpret & anticipate customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Identify, assess, and record near-term business needs, recommend business priorities, and advise business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits.
- Ensure optimum stakeholder management.
- Have a performance management mindset.
- Experience of Agile/Scrum (BDD, TDD) development methodology.
- Good understanding of SDLC with ability to give direction to different stages of SDLC.
- Ability to mentor, coach and empower team members.
