Functional Manager - Roads & Highways

Our client a Global engineering consultancy requires a Functional Manager - Roads & Highways for their South Asia region. The role has a 50/50 split between project management and business development activities. It reports into the Regional Manager South Asia (operationally) and the Divisional GM Roads & Highways (functionally).

Responsibilities:

- Provide project governance, at project director level, to achieve reliable technical, commercial, financial and quality project delivery and performance.

- Achieve sustainable growth of the Roads & Highway business through targeted client relationship management and business development activities.

- Support regional management to provide leadership to employees to ensure cohesion, optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development, support capacity development of
regional staff and subsidiaries.

- Experience in South Asia e.g. India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Pakistan

- Experience in working with a Consultancy.
