Education : A qualified chartered accountant with 13-18 years of experience . Should have implemented 2+ full cycle implementation as Functional Consultant. Will play a key role on one or more project teams, executing major technology initiatives like enterprise system software implementation, upgrades and/or process improvement objectives. Typical responsibilities include system configuration, software analysis and design, implement/maintain the SAP/ Infor ERP system and related business solutions. Role and Responsibility - - Functional Consultant in Sales, Distribution, supply chain and/or Finance domain - Configuration and Implementation of SAP / R3 / HANA / Infor M3 version 13 and above - Responsible for overall functional delivery. - Front end IT for all for all functional requirements and responsible for the GAP analysis of requirements given by the business. - Mapping of business scenarios to SAP and other ERP sor any other business application. - Building prototypes of business requirements and showcase to business heads with help of functional team /technical team, solutions architects. - Responsible for the POC for business case. - Training functional team for right solutions as per the industry best practices and interface with business to follow the same. - Helping power users to define business requirements and filling the BRD ensure functionality testing for each business case defined by the users. - Preparation of functional specifications and assign them to technical team - Explaining business logics to technical team wherever they need business understanding Engage with Infor &amp; other Vendors to : - Understand Net change Improvements in latest Versions and analyse the value for company in implementing the same - Interact with ERP Product Managers to convince incorporation of new Business cases into the standard product Demonstrated Experience : - Primary responsibility will be to implement/maintain the SAP / R3 /HANA and phase wise migration from Infor M3 ERP system and related business solutions for our internal customers. - As an ERP consultant, one should be responsible for implementation of activities including business process analysis, system configuration, testing, user training, modification functional specifications, and support. - Act in a consulting/management role on assigned projects. - Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes. - Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. - Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor M3 application. Lead and document data &amp; software validation, testing, acceptance and training as appropriate. - Apply Infor implementation methodology and assist customers in using available tools to deploy the Infor solution efficiently. - Prepare weekly status reports for the project management. - Performing the implementation activities as per Step-wise standards - Prepare and/or review of AS- IS processes and recommend best practices to improve overall process performance and set up KPI framework. Education &amp; Experience : - 14+ years experience and a minimum of 3 full software development cycle including interface development and application integration for Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP (Any ERP, experience on multiple ERPs will be an added advantage) and/or enterprise packaged software. - Advanced understanding of ERP implementation methodology - PMP certification &amp; ITIL practice is an added advantage.
