- Ensure management of network and telecom infrastructure, server and storage infrastructure, end user storage, helpdesk management, new server installation and end user support for the Organization
- Manage headcount budget allocation and utilization of internal resources and vendor staff
- Manage the IT budget and charge back to client based on specified charge back rates and processes
- Track user satisfaction and client feedback from the services and support provided
- Ensure coordination with ISIT teams globally
- Consult Global Corporate for hardware related decision
- Ensure synergy between operations and support common set ups and processes
- Highlight areas for common solutions if Engineering teams look for a similar solution
- Monitor the Build-Operate-Transfer contracts with vendors and contract vendors based on demand pipeline
- Evaluate vendor performance and quality to ensure transition on high performing resources on roll
- Manage vendor quality, cost, and interaction for engineering licensing, printer maintenance, hardware, networks and stationary while maintaining the assigned budget
- Ensure hardware procurement by liaisoning with RNPO and obtaining approval by Corporate
- Maintain global standards for server and software maintenance and ensure implementation as per standards
- Address all hardware, software and license management issues that arise within ISIT projects coordinate issue resolution
- Coordinate discussion and negotiation with Corporate teams to finalise headcount and financial budget
- Manage resource allocation on requests/issues and track the issue log
- Manage selection, capability development and attrition of the internal team
- Track individual and team performance and provide development opportunities
- Coordinate training plans for internal capability development and up-skilling
