Functional Consultant - Workday Finance Module

Finance Functional Consultant

- Demonstrating working knowledge of Financial Data model, organization design, process design, Industry updates, Compliance to relevant standards (GAAP, IFRS etc.).

- Knowledge or familiarity with cloud based Solutions (e.g. Workday, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite etc.).

- Demonstrate good operational understanding of Finance functions in terms of determining KPA's to measure effectiveness

- Good understanding of operational and Transactional Finance functions in terms of Configurations, Operational Processes, Reporting Statutory / Informational/BI (Eg. Org. set up, Month end close processes, Trial Balance, Balance sheet, Dashboards etc...)

- Familiarity with Tableau,

- Creation of Excel Dashboards, ability to chunk and piece data together for analysis is desired

- Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment

- Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences
